Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on our products. We operate under the following refund policy:

All Sales Final: a. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and the customization involved in each order, all sales are final. b. Once an order is placed and payment is made, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Quality Assurance: a. We take great care to ensure the quality and freshness of our products. b. If you have any concerns about the quality of your order, please contact us within [24 hours] of receiving it, and we will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation: a. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. b. Depending on the circumstances and how far along we are in the preparation process, we may offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. However, this is not guaranteed.

Allergy or Dietary Concerns: a. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of order placement. b. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. c. We are not liable for any adverse reactions that may occur due to undisclosed allergies or consumption of our products.

Please note, we are not responsible for late deliveries as they are out of our control. Delays with the carrier, damaged shipments due to carrier issues, weather, and deliveries not retrieved in a timely fashion, are all out of our control.

Incorrect orders: In the unlikely event that your order is packaged incorrectly, please contact us within 24hours of delivery with photographic evidence of your concerns and they will be addressed solely at our discretion.

Changes to Refund Policy : We reserve the right to modify/update our policies at any time and all changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our website or other communication channels.
